Together with the infomation about the event please can you also include social media links, primary contact info and any key dates etc

We ask that you upload a photograph in support of your event for inclusion onto the website. If you decide to upload more than 1 image please can you indicate in the file name your preference in numerical order. If you wish to upload more than one file please can you first 'zip' the files up before attaching. Files supported include .jpeg with a minimum file size 1024 x 683 pixel dimensions. Preferably 5x7 aspect ratio.
